Shipping Information:


-All orders have a $9.99 shipping and handling charge.
-All orders must be shipped to a confirmed address.
- Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days to make it to your address in the U.S. or
Europe and make it through customs.
- All packages must be signed for as we do not authorize our shipping companies to
leave packages at your door for security reasons. If nobody will be home to receive
the package, please contact your local post office or delivery company in order to make
arrangements for pick up or re-delivery.
-The shipping company will usually hold your package for 3-5 business days if there is
some reason you were not available to sign for the package at the first time of delivery.
If the package still hasn't been picked up, the shipping company will return the
shoes back to Hong Kong or China but due to customs problems, we do not take
responsibility for errors such as these. Your order will not be refunded if you
are not available to receive your package.
-Packages can be tracked only when there is a delay in shipping times. You
must contact us under these circumstances.
-No invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax
